Tailored to nurse leaders, the curriculum covers organizational behavior, management, negotiation expertise, marketing, healthcare finance, ethics, practice improvement, HR issues such as DEI, translational science, health policy, technology, and more.
WHO SHOULD APPLY
This program is designed for actively practicing Florida-licensed RNs with a minimum of two years’
experience in a healthcare setting, a BSN from a regionally accredited institution and a GPA of 3.0 or
higher.
